End-of-year surprise! I binged a series that enchanted me with its breathtaking landscapes, incredible locations, and flawless performances. It's on Netflix: "Inganno". The story follows Gabriella, a sophisticated luxury hotel owner on the Amalfi Coast. In her sixties, she takes pride in her age and is fully aware of her role. With her children now grown, Gabriella believes life has no major surprises left for her… until she meets Elia. Young, charming, and full of life, Elia is the same age as her eldest son and awakens in Gabriella an intense and dangerous passion. Torn between fascination and fear, she rediscovers her essence as a woman and a lover, even if it means risking everything—her relationship with her children and even the family inheritance. The plot is gripping, and the ending is simply stunning. Highly recommend!

Just discovered a word that feels like it captures my life experience perfectly: Allemansrätten. It’s Swedish for “the right of public access,” allowing everyone to roam freely and explore nature, even on private land, as long as they respect the environment and others. Protected by the Swedish constitution, it’s a concept that values freedom, exploration, and connection to the world—a lot like the way I see my journey through life. I had no idea there was a place where this ethos is not just celebrated but legally protected. Feels like I’ve found a word for my soul.
